Get Ready with Me (Rakshabandhan Special)

Okay! so tomorrow is Rakshabandhan and I know how much exciting it is going to be for all of us to celebrate, enjoy, and dress up for it. But when it comes to get ready and being fancy, its very confusing to pick something interesting that’ll compliment the festive feeling and family gathering. I have also came to known the fact that people are actually choosy when it comes to colour (like me). They avoid bright colors because they think it’s very loud and highlighting but that’s what you miss in festive season because that’s the beauty of it. You should experiment with colours like I did.

For this Rakshabandhan, I decided to go for a bright teal green coloured Kurta which I really liked. It’s simple yet classy and turned out beautifully when accessorised a little bit. Though it doesn’t required much but still I love to add an extra charm on anything.

Talking about my Look..

So I paired my Kurta with white cotton cigarette pants. I know some of you prefer Palazzo but now its became boring to pair everything with it. And also pants are trending this year. For accessories I have picked silver danglers and nose clip(which by the way I’m obsessed with), a watch and a bracelet cum Bangles.

Look Decoded

1. Kurta- Libas

2. Pants- Imara

3. Silver danglers- Westside store

4. Bangles & nose clip- Assorted

5. Heels- Catwalk

6. Watch- Sonata

About Makeup..

I have done a subtle makeup which includes base makeup (along with blush and highlighter), a winged liner on my eyes, little bit of eyeshadow, mascara, kajal on my water line and Done with eye-makeup. I chose nude shade for my lips.

Products used for Makeup..

1. Eyeliner- Lakme insta liner

2. Lipstick- Elle 18 color Pop (shade- W12 Mauve Date)

3. Palette- Mabelline New York Master Blush by Face studio

4. Mascara- Blue heaven water proof mascara

I hope you will love this look. Do comment and let me know what you have decided to go for Rakshabandhan.

Stay blessed and Happy Rakshabandhan πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ
